Use Availity to Simplify and Streamline Your Interactions With the Following Applications:

 

  Claims Status — Monitor claim status, submit documents, and file claims disputes online. Access Claims Status from the Claims & Payments tab

  Eligibility and Benefits — Get current patient coverage and benefits information. Access our member’s digital ID cards. Use the Patient Registration tab to access Eligibility and Benefits

  Authorizations — Submit for medical or behavioral health inpatient or outpatient services. File appeals and track authorization cases. Access the Authorization from the Patient Registration tab

  Submit claims — You can use the Claims & Payments application or through the EDI gateway

  Provider Data Management — Update information about your practice digitally. Access the Provider Data Management application through the My Providers tab

  Roster Automation — Allows providers to submit multiple updates within one spreadsheet via the Upload Rosters feature

  Remittance Advice — View, print, or save a copy of your remittance advice through the Claims Status application or through Remittance Inquiry in Payer Spaces

  Clinical Documentation Lookup — Search our Medical Policies by CPT® code and returns a list of documents needed to process your claim

Once you are successfully registered through Availity, use the My Providers tab to access the Enrollments Center and register for the Provider Data Management application. Explore all the applications available to streamline your work.
